渭川頭白一漁翁遇合來時便不同莫道蹉跎心便冷須將忍耐付窮通

An old white-haired fisherman sits by the Wei River.When the right meeting comes, everything becomes different.Do not say wasted time has made the heart cold.Entrust both hardship and success to patience.
Textual notes
This sign alludes to Jiang Taigong fishing at the Wei River before meeting King Wen. 蹉跎 is also written as 迍邅. 從 is also written as 將.
