The verse
汝是懸崖一樹梅一塵不染向春開待看綠葉成蔭後結子滿枝調鼎來
In English
You are a plum tree on a cliff.Unstained by dust, you open toward spring.Wait until green leaves become shade. Then fruit will fill the branches, fit to season the great cauldron.
Textual notes
綠葉 is sometimes written as 緣葉, likely in error. 調鼎 means cooking or, by extension, governing as a prime minister would.
