Refunds and Cancellation

The trial

Plus starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is collected at sign-up so the subscription can continue without interruption, but nothing is charged during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you are never charged at all — there is nothing to refund because no money moves.

The first charge is on day 8. Stripe emails you before the trial converts, and the notice includes a link to cancel.

How to cancel

Use the link in the email Stripe sends before your trial ends, or in any payment receipt. Because Stripe is the merchant of record for Plus, your subscription is managed on Stripe’s own pages rather than here.

If you cannot find it, email support@azurepod.com from the address you subscribed with and we will cancel it for you. We will not ask you to sit through a retention conversation first.

Refunds after a charge

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund the period you have already paid for, and access continues to the end of that period.

If you were charged by mistake — you meant to cancel during the trial, you were billed twice, or the service did not work for you — write to support@azurepod.com within 30 days of the charge and we will refund it. We would rather return $4.99 than keep money from someone who did not want to spend it.

Stripe, as merchant of record, may also issue a refund directly within 60 days of a purchase in certain cases, and applies statutory cooling-off rights where your country requires them — for example the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK.

Before you file a chargeback

Please write to us first at support@azurepod.com. A refund takes us a few minutes; a chargeback takes weeks, and you end up with the same money. We will not argue with you about $4.99.

Prices and tax

The listed price is US$4.99 per month. Where sales tax, VAT or GST applies, it is calculated and added at checkout, so the total you are charged may be higher than the listed price. Stripe collects and remits it.
