What we collect, why, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect
Only what the service needs to work:
- Your email address — used to sign you in and to match you to your Stripe subscription. There is no password and no profile.
- The questions you write and the readings generated for them, stored so your timeline exists.
- Counts of how many signs you have drawn today, so the daily limits can be enforced.
- Standard web analytics about page visits, through Google Analytics.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your card number, expiry, or security code. Those go directly to Stripe. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, or date of birth, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.
Who else processes it
We use a small number of service providers. Each receives only what it needs:
- Anthropic — the text of your question and the sign you drew are sent to its API so an interpretation can be generated. This is the most sensitive thing that leaves our systems, so it is worth stating plainly: if you would not want a question processed by a third-party AI provider, do not type it here.
- Stripe — payment processing and, as merchant of record for Plus, tax, receipts, disputes and subscription support.
- Resend — delivery of sign-in codes and transactional email.
- Cloudflare — hosting, and the database your readings are stored in.
- Google Analytics — aggregate traffic measurement.
Cookies
We set one cookie of our own: a signed, HttpOnly session cookie after you sign in, so the site knows the browser is yours. It is not readable by JavaScript and is not used for advertising. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for traffic measurement. We do not run advertising networks or sell data to anyone.
Sharing a reading
A shared reading is reachable by anyone holding its link, without signing in. The shared page deliberately does not include your email address. Unsharing stops the link working.
How long we keep it
Your readings stay until you ask us to delete them, because the timeline is the point of the product. Payment records are kept by Stripe for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us and we will delete your readings and your email from our database.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — for example under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA in California — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to certain processing. Email support@azurepod.com and we will act on it. We do not sell personal information.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers operate globally, so your data will be processed outside your own country, including in the United States.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially we will say so here and update the date at the top. Questions go to support@azurepod.com.
