The verse
夏秋未免多啾唧冬至方教境遇昌莫近細人增口舌好脩陰隲却災殃

In summer and autumn, much murmuring is hard to avoid.Only at winter solstice does the situation begin to prosper.Do not draw near to petty people and increase disputes.Quietly cultivate hidden virtue, and disasters retreat.

夏秋 is also written as 春夏. 却 is also written as 免. 陰隲 means hidden virtue or quietly doing good.
